Standard First Aid Course
Dates: March 21st + 22nd, 2026
Time: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (both days)
Location: Ridge First Aid School, 240 – 34077 Gladys Ave, Abbotsford
Course Overview:
Prepare for emergencies with our Standard First Aid course, a comprehensive two-day program that provides essential lifesaving skills in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Whether for workplace requirements or personal preparedness, this course covers everything you need to know to respond effectively in emergencies.
This training adheres to the latest first aid and CPR guidelines and meets the legislative requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards. It is recognized as an Intermediate First Aid equivalency.
Completion Requirements:
Successfully demonstrate all required skills and critical steps.
Actively participate in and attend 100% of the course.
Achieve a minimum of 75% on the written, closed-book knowledge evaluation.
Participants will receive a 3-year certification in:
Standard First Aid
CPR C
AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
